Aquall was established in 2017 to provide practical solutions to challenging water issues in mining, oil & gas, agricultural industries and government.

Our focus is to assist our clients in developing practical solutions to challenging water issues by matching the problem with the correct solution. As an entirely independent consultancy we can identify the right solution to address the issue at hand.

Dr Daniel Couton

Director

Daniel has 20 years’ experience in process and environmental chemistry. His experience spans, process development and design, options analysis, troubleshooting, research, test work and technical writing.

Prior to his current role, Daniel gained his water engineering experience working for government, multinational engineering consultancies, specialist consultants and design and construct contractors, developing a focus on the resources industry.

Daniel has worked on several large-scale oil & gas and mining projects from Basis of Design through to EPCM as well as many large infrastructure and water supply projects including municipal desalination plants and public boat harbours. His passion, however, lies in the complexity of the challenge rather than the magnitude of the project.
